Candidates are required to provide two to five childcare references. References must match the most recent positions in the
order of the resume to verify their working history. We speak to every reference over the phone to gain a full understanding of:

Guarantee Period
We appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to determine if someone is truly compatible for a specific position in a short amount
of time. R&S Nanny Agency offers the following 60- calendar-day guarantee period for part-time and full-time placements.
During this guarantee period, we will offer 1 replacement Candidate if you find the current candidate unacceptable within
90 days. This guarantee is not applicable if the service relationship is terminated because the position is eliminated or because
you have insufficient work for the Candidate. This guarantee is to allow you to satisfy yourself that the Candidate has the
requisite experience and qualifications, and that the information provided by the candidate and other sources, directly or
through us, is accurate.

Terms of Payment
​
Payment is due within 7 calendar days from the date of the invoice to initiate the guarantee period. Otherwise, all payments
are due within 30 days of the invoice date or the day before the candidate commences working with the client, whichever is
earlier.
