Next, we will schedule a phone consultation at your convenience where we will be able to answer any questions and get a better understanding of your family’s needs. This will ensure that the placement process is personalized and tailored to your family's unique circumstances.

Once we have a thorough understanding of your family's unique needs, specific job requirements, required skill set and family dynamic, your customized childcare search takes place after we receive the initial fee. We select only
candidates that match your criteria and you will be
presented with 2+ candidates most suitable for your
position. You will be emailed each candidate's profile.

Step 4
After reviewing potential candidates profiles and determining who meets your needs we will help you to schedule interviews with the applicant(s) of your choice.

After you’ve identified the best nanny for your family, we are ready to guide you in the right direction with your caregiver’s salary and contract. Starting the new relationship with clear expectations and guidelines is the key to success in any nanny/family placement.
